Good things and Bad things about running

Bad things: My legs hurt every time I walk up and down the stairs!!
It makes me really boiling when the sun's out.
I'm not very fond of being out of breath.
I'm not very fond of being dripping with sweat.
If you end up having Dad's knees, they hurt.

Good things: It's very good for me physically and disciplin...i...ly.
It makes me work hard.
It's getting me in better shape.
It reminds me to drink more water.
It's a good habit to get in, because even if I don't run all my life I should exercise all my life.
I can eat more M&Ms!! :)) (just kidding)
(or was I?)
